Saraphina carried a small crate in her thin arms as she walked throughout the forest, trying to pay attention to her surroundings. If she didn't, it could mean her downfall in other words her death. At this moment though, she wasn't really thinking about dying. If it was her time, then it was her time. The only problem would be who would heal the protectors? Thinking about this she shook her head, and the golden rose clip that was in her red short hair fell out and onto the ground, bouncing away in the opposite direction she was going in. She sighed out in aggravation but continued on, her sandals squishing the soft grass beneath her feet as she finally got to the river.
Putting down the crate, Saraphina sat down next to the river and took the top off of it. Revealing inside empty bottles that belonged to workers from the village. She was trying to help out by getting them fresh water to drink so they wouldn't have to make a tiresome trip from their work area. How helpful was she? Very. She smoothed out her yellow and pink dress that went went to her mid thigh, thanking the lord she was wearing leggings with the outfit. Picking up a bottle she busied herself with filling them up, forgetting about her hairclip that had disappeared and trying to stay focused and alert as she did her task.
After a few bottles were filled, she sighed out, looking around the area with her green gold tired eyes. Nobody was here thank god. No need to really panick, or to get paranoid. Running a hand through her hair as she put another bottle back in the crate she picked up another one, filling it up halfway before snapping her hand back gripping the bottle tight and away from the water. A fish had came down the river, it was small and mutated but overall harmless to her. Not like Saraphina cared though, she always had to be careful because she had no need of getting hurt. It was the last thing on her to do list and she was going to keep it that way.
She sighed out, deciding that it best be a time for a break and to set her body at ease because she was so tense." So paranoid while being alone, you big sissy." Saraphina mumbled to herself as she put the halfway filled bottle back in the crate and stretched out on the grass before looking up at the sky. Something she did often to relax, and it worked wonders to relieve her troubled mind. So why not now? She stared up at the bits of sky she could see that weren't covered by trees, thankful that it was a cloudless day and that the weather was perfect.
