| The Village |
| Bridges
The bridges are made of rope and wood. They swing when there is hard wind and can be quite dangerous to lose your footing on. The protection they have against falling are the rope handrails on either side. This usually isn't a place to stop and talk as it is a narrow structure, but often children do anyways.

| Village Square (1 sub-board)
It is one of the larger platforms in the trees. A large apple tree is coming up the center of it. This apple tree is always in the fruiting stage and gives many apples to the Children. The platform is in the shape of a diamond and this is often where the festivals take place.

| Market
This market is a bartering market. You take what you want after you reach a trading price. You trade with items, like fish and fruit instead of money. The market is settled on a large platform, on second in size to the village square, it is circular in shape and has many little market stands that the Children are allowed to use on certain days in order to get certain things they need.

| The Hangout
This is mostly for the younger of the Children but the older enjoy the Hangout too. IT is on a platform with a large tree whose branches come low, and hover over the platform. On these branches, wooden swing and hammocks have been connected for play and relaxation. The platform is one of the smaller ones and is shaped like an oval.

| Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is a large octagonal shaped platform. It has an oak tree coming up the middle of it, and the actual building is leaning against the tree. The building is round and made of wood with little windows cut into the sides. It circles the entire tree, and contains one large circular table that goes around the tree too. There is a break in the table so that the benches on the inside can be reached. The seating arrangements are circular benches on either side of the table.

| Infirmary
This is where all of the injured are kept. It is on a triangular, small platform. It is a relatively normal sized building and houses several sick beds made of pine needles stuffed inside a cotton mattress cover. It has medical supplies made of herbs from the forest floor and medical books made over the twenty years that the Children have been here.

| Bunk Houses
The Bunk Houses are on a rather large platform and there are four of them. They give the Children a place to sleep when tired. The building houses bunk beds, two on top of each other. The beds are made of fresh pine needles, that are changed every other day, inside a cotton mattress cover. The beds have wooden supports. And have comfortable pillows made of feathers in a cotton pillow cover, and they also have warm blankets to keep the Children cozy in the winter months.

| Balconies
The Balconies are little platforms that jutt out up above from the larger ones. They have a hand rail that protects the outside of them and have a ladder leading up to them. The Balconies have small wooden telescopes mounted on the hand rails and are used for getting a better look at what is happening in the forest.

| Forest |
| Herb Grove
The Herb Grove is where the Children gather herbs for healing or for eating. This is where a large collection of different herbs are cultivated for use. There are kinds never heard of in the rest of the world here. But the Children wouldn't know that as their entire world is only the Forest. It isn't very dangerous coming here as it is pretty close to the Village. Though there is always a risk with going on the Forest Floor.

| Hunting Copse
The Hunting Copse is a group of trees nearby that has many smaller and less dangerous animals in it. The Children hunt these animals with either knives, bows, or their powers. It is always plentiful with food and rarely does anyone get hurt here. Though that is only because they usually don't go alone, it's always safer when you have someone watching your back.

| Gathering Orchard
This is right below the Village. It is made of certain fruit trees and berry bushes, there are even wild vegetables here. They have all been taken and planted in an easier place for gathering. The Children were are almost always with someone when they come here because a lot of the time animals are attracted to the orchard.

| Barn Corral
The Barn Corral is a large flat fence with no holes. It houses a large and tough barn which keep chickens and sheep safe. These sheep and chicken provide the Children with very important things, meat, eggs and wool. Wool is the most important so that the Children can make themselves clothes. For some reason these animals have not become mutated.

| Dark Temple
This temple is much like the temples of the Aztecs.It is a place crawling with vines and ivy that have cracked some of the stone with their roots. The building is made in layers and the steps that lead up to the top have a force field around it that only allow those with a dark heart inside it. Inside the temple is a sacrificial table that seems haunted by spirits and leaves a chill in the air around it. Spirits seem to whisper in the air inside the room and their words are not always pretty.

| Graveyard of Old
This old graveyard is from the times before the Village. It is now run down and few of the tombstones can be read. The bones are old in this earth as the Children no longer bury the dead and instead burn them. The mausoleums are crumbling from disrepair though there is one still standing. It is a beautiful granite room with a large brass cross that has now fallen upside down in front the opening. It's opening is a dark voice that seems to go on endlessly, though really it's only just big enough that you could fit two single beds in it.

| Monster's Lake
This large lake is home to many larger monsters. It is not like the Hunting Copse and is much more dangerous. Most of the monster's are aquatic though they can come out on land. A small river feeds the lake. Over time the has become the size of three foot ball fields and is not for the faint of heart to visit. The water is murky and hard to see in. So watch your back.

| Running River
This river has no mutated creatures in it save for the fish that the Children catch. This river is also where the Children get their clean water from as it runs right by the Village. It is large enough and fast enough that the river does not freeze in the winter. So the Children have water all year round. This is also a great place to cool off during the summer time as the fish, even though they are mutated are not aggressive toward people.
